I’m off to work out. Did 30 minutes on the Eliptical machine yesterday. Wow it was hard to get started after 2 months off! Then my endorphins must have started releasing. It kept getting easier. I want to continue to do this, so I will be in good shape when I begin riding.
Today: Feldenkrais class for smooth efficient movement, then 30 mins at the gym for cardio….
Will talk about strategies to get in shape soon.
